Mayan EDMS is an open-source document management system that I've most recently deployed. Mayan EDMS is an open-source document management system that I've most recently deployed. The deployment is inside of a FreeBSD jail residing on CROWLEY.
It supports a vast number of features, most geared towards enterprise environments. I have recently digitized all of my paper records into Mayan EDMS and have full text search across all documents thanks to OCR scanning.
